What kinda work do you want to do?
I'm interning here for a year as a designer/art Director after finishing Advertising at OCAD.
I enjoy it - smart crew and very strategic approach.

i work at a fairly large agency... not like LOWE or CP+B or anything.. maybe about 50 employees, but its nice because you work on specific stuff and don't get pulled across projects all the time.
free breakfast every day is pretty awesome as well.
the thing that sucks is idiot account managers who can't communicate visual ideas to the client - something i could figure out in 2 minutes takes them 2 days to "get back to you on that"

growing up the few my dad worked for were always like 15 tops... 15's not huge in the specturm of things though, but not tiny either

Unless someone can name a job in graphic design where you DON"T work long hours

(Oct 19 05, 22:24)A great job as a graphic designer is at some colleges where the hours aren't long, but steady. You'd just have to kill them because they stay there forever (over 10 years)
