this is a bad thread. a newsboard isn't the place to announce to the world you're buying a gun. we'd all be a lot better off if guns owners kept it to themselves, and if anti-gun people quit villainizing all guns.

i've seen the worst side of guns. it's amazing how many lives can be ruined with a couple of bullets.
that said, i rest easy knowing the if my wife is home alone she not only has access to a gun, but knows how to use them.

Why am I so jaded? My cousin was shot by a gun from a 24 year old kid who thought it would be cool to own one just like the rappers do. He said it was for protection... he protected himself alright- from a 7 year old little girl who was playing hide and seek.Maybe she should have had a gun to shoot him back in self defense.

It isn't the same as a car...
The majority of car crashes don't happen over some fool firing something out you purposely meant to KILL.
A car is meant for transportation - guns are meant to KILL or injure things.
