not to stir up shit here or anything. But today when I was watching one of the million 9/11 "documentaries" there was a lady who had a quote along the lines of "it just took seconds. In mere seconds the whole world changed."
Which, although that is technically true I couldn't help but think. No, it didn't. It took about 40 years from the time the Americans started fucking about in the Middle East. That's when it started. 9/11 was just shifting gears into the second stage of the long-mounting conflict.
For anyone that may be at all interested that's also the answer to the "Why? Why? Why?" question.

So you're an Irish American. When was the last time you were back in Ireland. Do you have first hand experience of what operations the IRA had in the 70's and 80's and early 90's.
If you support them then I can only suppose you see them as freedom fighters and heroes. When in fact they are just civilian murdering scum, and bad ones at that.
