Awright Tick!
Thanks for the extended critique of all things Red and Republican. But my post was more concerning the tiresome conformity of thought among those artists and free-thinkers in this forum who see everything ideologically, especially when the oily, antichrist-like, Haliburton-loving, baby kill'in, chimp is involved.Uninspired and unadulterated group-think is what it is.
BTW,
The Mayor of NO just flipped on the Governor of Lousiana. She apparently dithered for 24 hours before allowing the federal government in to take over the rapidly deteriorating situation there. And why weren't all those parked school buses not used to evacuate the people left stranded in the city? In addition, why the great disparity of misery and lawlessness in Mississippi and Louisiana when in fact Mississippi bore the brunt of the hurricane?I like forward to your response Mr Tick.

Cactus, dude, bro. I'm much more interested in your answer to your own question:
And why weren't all those parked school buses not used to evacuate the people left stranded in the city? In addition, why the great disparity of misery and lawlessness in Mississippi and Louisiana when in fact Mississippi bore the brunt of the hurricane?
Hmmm? You don't expect me to give you the answers so easy? What, you think TheTick is a cheap date? Some New Orleans lady of the evening? You think you're gonna shake that macho he-man chest of yours and I'll just give it up? I want to hear your talking points man, come on, open up the debate, show your true colors, let me see where you stand..why the great disparity and lawlessness? What's behind it? What's the skinny on that one, in Cactus-land..

who was going to drive those buses?
- todelete__20
i don't want to start anything but it is illegal for the 'government' to just come in and take over.
actions have to be taken.
the mayor is a dick hothead who is making himself look like an ass playing the blame game.
guliani. remember him? great leader. this douchbag? dropping f-bombs and g.d. bombs... moron.
a lot of balls were dropped on everyones field ya know.
it's horrible.
- mrdobolina0
but if the funding for the levees would have been secured, this all wouldnt have happened like this. you can blame the president's tax cuts for that.
- todelete__20
i know mrmdobolina. funding was cut but the problem has been there for years.
lobby for more money, do whatever you can. it's a shame but holy hell those levees are huge. i didn't know there were so many and they were so long.
- mrdobolina0
just because the problem has been there for years does not exonerate this administration.
so basically Bush is either status quo or worse. I think the latter, but that is pretty evident ;)
- todelete__20
for sure.
and he had to decide wether or not to come off of vacation. wtf. of course you come off of vacation for something like this. there is no question yet he had to decide if he should or not. prick.
anyone heard from bio btw?

(Sep 6 05, 11:25)huh those levees have been f*cked long before Bushie, like during Carter's adminstration I read when I was in Hydrophysics class in '92. Clinton, Bush Sr and Bushie could have fixed them
- TheTick0
You know that NO mayor was a Republican who switched parties at the last minute to get elected in "democratic" new orleans. Opportunistic huckster from day one.
