  just because the problem has been there for years does not exonerate this administration.

  so basically Bush is either status quo or worse. I think the latter, but that is pretty evident ;)

  huh those levees have been f*cked long before Bushie, like during Carter's adminstration I read when I was in Hydrophysics class in '92. Clinton, Bush Sr and Bushie could have fixed them
