Moving to Holland

I lost track of this topic, but isn't it funny how the grass is always greener on the other side?
I live in Holland, but I am thinking of moving to Canada in the near future.. will have to visit some other countries first though, but Vancouver for instance, would love to settle there (from what i've heard of it, it sounds like a nice place.. not sure about jobs and all that though)

i would like to move to Canada as well. i hate this country more and more by the day.
most people are so fucking annoying in NL and easily upset these days..grr...
strange though, Canada has always be on top of my list as well.. if i ever was to leave this country..

Man, there's too much Zeeland talk in this post.. what's up with that? Speaking of zeeuwen though.. I was in Amsterdam last friday (and monday) and it again made me realize how much I don't like that place.. the atmosphere kills me.. it feels like a heavy pressure on me.. anyone with the same thing? It's always relieving when I get back in Rotterdam (or Middelburg).
As for snuggles, don't worry.. Utrecht is a fine place to live. Which reminds me, I should visit my friend there soon.. another zeeuw who's betrayed his roots and left Zeeland.. it's sad he is becoming a 'koorbal' though.. bah!

and as for amsterdam.... i'm having trouble with teh owner of my house... i'm thinking about leaving moving back to delft, maybe the hage or rotterdam.......

well, Zeeland is like the Eufrat and Tigris (sp?) of the Netherlands, everyone originates from here, hehe..
as for Amsterdam, i got the same feeling, and everytime i drive up the Brienenoordbrug and the skyline of Rotterdam comes into visibility my heart ALWAYS beats faster.
i am so much in love with Rotterdam.
Amsterdam, with all respect, kind of feels like an old whore to me, it's ok to have a drink with and smoke cheap tobacco with in an old brown bar, but you don't want to stick around with her too long..
as for Rotterdam.. she keeps exciting me!!

altho the text here is, in line 2:
"ben ik van Duitsen bloed"
which literally translates as:
"i am of German blood"
and not Dutch..
in reality we are all German..
the royal family stems from Germany originally, Nassau and shit's in Germany, not here..

And somehow, when I think of Vancouver (again, from what I've heard of it) it kind of gives me the same feeling as coming back in Zeeland from a week of Amsterdam (Hell!!).
