i do yoga, still.
once a week at least. you become so conscious about your body and posture. it also makes you understand how posture can affect your health and mind.

duuuude,

bad posture sucks, what i've done at home is got rid of my low desk and i bought a strong, cheap drafting table. i raise it to bar height and get a bar stool and i always work standing up, leaning, or sitting on the stool.
i think standing and working you get more energy in your design work and it comes out much quicker. think about it, all architects work standing up, so why shouldn't we.

My back is knackered from sitting at my desk too long - ive seen chiroprators, sports physios / people who practice weird spritual shit and all the rest of it. Even had my heart shakrahs balanced. The best thing is an exercise ball - sit on it when watching tv. If you dont sit right you fall off. Its a bit of hard work but it does the trick.

yeah, a friend of mine uses one of those balls at home.
exercise is propably the best solution. i try to mountain bike at least once a week... doesn't really help with my posture.
i started 'indoor climbing' at the varsity gym a few weeks back, and i noticed this morning how much better my posture is already; shoulders back, etc.
physically it's tough at first, but it's a really nice workout; stretches your whole body.
