i'm still feeling the effects of last night. i did find myself craving a g&t at lunch. but i was also reading that bit in grits when one of the alcoholics couldn't find any the day after a binge and so she went round the party aftermath and drained all the beer dregs into a pint glass and downed it all, a whole pint of flat warm ashy beer
*vom

what's on the bookshelves lately?

i preferred _london fields_ to _money_, which i'm just finishing up. i mean, i suppose it could rally in true underdog fashion and overtake in the final fourth, but, let's face it, john self is no fucking keith talent, and the include-the -author-as-a-minor-character ploy has been old since the first time unamuno did it in ought-nine or whatever it was.
- paraselene0
i'm gonna just hang out in here and blather on about literature and nurse my hangover if that's okay with y'all.

I liked Money.
I like money.
I have no money.
When you type money 3 times it starts to look a bit funny.
Help.
