i preferred _london fields_ to _money_, which i'm just finishing up. i mean, i suppose it could rally in true underdog fashion and overtake in the final fourth, but, let's face it, john self is no fucking keith talent, and the include-the -author-as-a-minor-character ploy has been old since the first time unamuno did it in ought-nine or whatever it was.
