even though in past 20 years, US military has experimented with earthquake as a weapon, they have failed to achieve procise directional method. it has also revealed they have experimented with directional particle disruptor where the machine directs movement of air particles in a compressed form that creates waves of hard hitting particles. there have been relationship studies between the earthquake and particle disruptor. considering that there arent enough soviet satilite over US soil, it could possbily that they are testing another type of high impact bomb. most earthquake can be measured around the world and so is underground nuclear testing. what i have found in all instances that best method of prevention is the wearing a tin foil hat on your head.

the thing is that NSA and FBI nor CIA share information. they operate on different level of legality.
theorically, NSA can break every single law thats out there and not be responsible for it. CIA is more open adminstration since the directors are appointed.
what NSA does is alot more massive in terms of monitoring. But they do not have clandestine branch but rather they use external contractors. Similarly, CIA does operate clandestine service but they have case workers / officals and recruit special ops.

What if earthquakes in Cali are just a scientifically engineered plot by the Real Estate agents in Nevada and California to:
a) drive everyone out of Cali into NV thus jacking up prices on all property (already been done)
b) to eventually dump the state of Cali into the ocean so that Vegas would have beach front property thus raising the property values and making even more money for all of the thousand upon thousands of investors here alreay (10 years away)
