even though in past 20 years, US military has experimented with earthquake as a weapon, they have failed to achieve procise directional method. it has also revealed they have experimented with directional particle disruptor where the machine directs movement of air particles in a compressed form that creates waves of hard hitting particles. there have been relationship studies between the earthquake and particle disruptor. considering that there arent enough soviet satilite over US soil, it could possbily that they are testing another type of high impact bomb. most earthquake can be measured around the world and so is underground nuclear testing. what i have found in all instances that best method of prevention is the wearing a tin foil hat on your head.
