I would be interested to know why you've made a mad dash to include Future Brand's Redesign of UPS?
It sounds like your tagging along with the rest of the crowd who is angry at the loss of an Original Rand.
(BTW, it's still Rand's work, and he was never sure about the parcel anyway--according Future Brand, there only "Injecting New Life").

Someone mentioned a great example of where TERRIBLE design was disatorous- that being the design of the Florida ballets in the 2000 election. If you're talking about famous design failure- you should start there!

I would not use UPS as an example - paul rand did a great job on the logo - but unfortuately the original had a string bow on it and UPS had never allowed string on the exterior of their packages - whoops.

What im looking for is an example of a failure in graphic design, it could be a something where the messege didn't work, or the graphic didn't work or a failure from a marketing point of view. Anything...That you consider a failure.
