oops should have been "for ages" not "in ages" i ofcourse know f&j. but to be honest in my metal period i was a total motorhead and venom fan only (my brother was maiden, michael schenker group, dio, acdc etc.)

Oh man - Accept was awesome for like twoalbums...Fast as a Shark, Balls to the wall. Udo was like gay metal before rob halford had the guts to come out of the metal closet..
What about Manowar? (All Men Play On Ten you know), and Twisted Sister before they went all corporate? Dee was a bad ass mother-funcker..They ruled NYC for about a year and a half (Shout out to the Brooklyn Metal scene - where is Pete Steel these days?? - and my poor '81 Yugo that died on the Brooklyn Bridge on the way to L'Amours... Jumped out, took the plates and registration off it and went home. That was a metal car. Wow, good times...

I had every album up to Piece of Mind then this GeorgiePorgie bible thumping kid in the 9th grade convinced me to burn them with all his satanic music.
I was a bit of a pyro so I agreed.
The flames from all the vinyl was cool and I'm sure his dad had to buy a new BBQ!!!
