i was just out buying a liter of milk two min. ago and i saw Iron Maiden - Eddie rips out Iceland poster are up now, they are playing June 7th here in Reykjavik..
that is gonna be fun!!

One of my first concerts was Iron Maiden and GNR was going to open. I have no idea what happened but GNR cancelled ( Axl must have gotten to big for his spandex britches). Megadeath ended up opening and it was awesome! I saw tits, people puking, people passing out and getting arrested.
I even nearly broke my ankle pogoing!

Awesome. I remember meeting Yngwie Malmsteen back in '96 or '97. What a jerk. I was a music store manager and it was an industry convention, and he was there giving a talk about how he'd be playing on the next Madonna record. And then he insulted this 14 year old fan. What a moron.
Anthrax were the coolest guys on the planet...
God. I wish metal would come back. Those were fun days...
