Excellent camera. But the spendings have just begun. The lenses are the expensive part :) Both canon kit lenses get not too enthusiastic reviews and you might want to look for upgrades.

Sigma, Tamron and Tokina are available for most lens mount systems, including Canon EFBTW I'll be buying a Pentax *istDS and a Sigma 18-50 f/2.8, but if it weren't about the price and portability, I'd certainly get the 20D

I think the whole digital/chemical debate isn't important unless you're doing massive work (side of a building), the composition is what makes a good picture, it doesn't matter whether it's digital or not I reckon.

in NL pixmania is the cheapest: Euro 715.00.
In us you can get one for 737 USD. but you get VAT yes. I don't think we have border duties.

In Poland we have 4.2% on cameras, 0% on lenses, and 3.7% on accessories. I'm afraid these are EU duties, not Polish.
