it's like no-doz.
"To cure this lack of energy I suggest taking two or three Yellow Jackets. (The yellow jacket is a "energy pill" that the FDA is probably scrambling to take off the market. If you can't find yellow jackets, just look for the ingredient "effedra" or "effedrine" on the back label and you'll be fine.)
Take two or three of these pills and wash them down with a crisp, refreshing Red Bull. (an energy drink containing taurine). Start this proceedure at about the half way mark, or when feeling sleepy and repeat as needed. (be cautious about overdosing on the effedra, I had personally taken nine pills and I felt pretty funny, but far from dead). That and a small supply of candy bars or sandwiches, (trust me, the yellow jackets kill your appetite) should keep your energy level high enough to safely drive for at least twenty hours. For truly good time I also suggest investing in a radar detector and sticking to the less used highways. Not only does this normally reduce the time you spend in traffic, but the scenery on those back country highways is normally spectacular. The last suggestion would be to purchase a trucker's atlas. "

oh they help you stay up, i wanna know what to get to help you sleep, my boyfriend is suffering from magor insomnia and i am worried about him :(

i take nitequil. it works pretty well.
i think my insomia is usually caused by work stress, or my brain so wired from long hours of work...we should all stop working and meditate for a while.

trust me he will be asleep after taking 2 of these in 2 days time. I didn't wake up for 16 hours, was out!

I've never really suffered from Insomnia, but i guess regular excersise would be a good answer. I excersise pretty much every day and am totally knackerd by the end of the day. Beware though, once you get in to a a pattern it's difficult to sleep without excersising and you need a full eight hours.

excerise? huh wat is that? haven't done that in like say about 3 years.

after a 12-hr marathon of coding i find it tough to shut'er down. I end up programming and doing math in my sleep all night.
ever get that?

Dont put those nasty chemicals in your body. Growing dependent on things in pills is never good.
I suffer from insomnia, have for years. It wasnt until this year that I was pointed to a medicinal marijuana clinic to solve my problems.
www.medicann.com - They eveluate you (california only) for medicinal use. Marijuana is very good at knocking me out at night. Im told to smoke two grams a day after I get off work to help me fall asleep. Its been working too since I started it. I sleep like a baby, and wake up refreshed as ever. Not to mention I get to smoke bomb purple and pink pot legally.
Not a bad deal.
All natural goodness.
