im so out of it.
wtf is the deal, ive gotten like 2-3 hrs past 2-3 days. i see a pattern developing.

if your body needs sleep, then you'l sleep.
i get pretty bad insomnia.
its cut down a lot since ive stopped having cups of tea or coffee at night. youd be surprised how much even a cup of tea can keep you awake.
some sort of exercise during the day or evening will get u to sleep easier too.
being sat in front of a comp all day then going to your bed doesnt mean to say youl sleep - u need to tire yourself out somehow.also if ur working from home, say in ur bedroom, then you should have a change of scenery before going to bed. so go chill in another room b4 bed or go out for a walk.
failing that, have a joint or a wank. or both :P

not sure if anyone has said this or not.
try taking tylenol pm. 2. you need to take them at about 9 or 10pm though. for the first week although sleeping very well, it will take you at least 2 hours to fully wake up in the morning. it will put your body in to an amazing deep sleep.
for me, i actually will cycle it. sounds dumb but you don't want to get addicted. i take zma (which helps with muscle recovery and development) along with one tylenol pm and i sleep like a baby.

don't take pills. get yourself a real doll (http://www.realdoll.com) and have hours of exhausting sex with it every night before bed. you'll sleep like a baby.

those didn't work for me. tylenol pm is basically like a knock your ass out sort thing. the cold and flu stuff has all this extra kill cold meds in it that i woudln't suggest taking for too long ya know.

don't medicate yourself. that just leads to addiction and ignoring the initial reason you have insomnia.

Meditate, exercise, repeat....
Somtimes you need to quiet the mind as much as the body. I find my insomnia creeps in when I let the stress creep in too.
