how are you going to make the transparent overlay map to an image below and what happens when someone changes the window size?
surely the comp they have suggested is not particularly web-friendly and you could explain that printed design and web design are totally different in almost all aspects.

quick one:
Top left image. The mother of all "home" buttons.
Technically a button, but perhaps try to separete it a tiny bit more from the "main menu" in this case?
On the same note, since there now are 2 top logos perhaps you can loose one of them?
Sidenote: a personal thing that bothers me is the "Tour of Homes" picture. Nice picture, but their inhouse team might have missed keeping the allmighty "golden mean" rule in mind while cropping that picture. Perhaps.
