ok. i'll post here and hopefully it gets burried.
the short story:
starting 14 weeks out from this saturday i have taken photos every weekend of my progress in training for a natural bodybuilding show. please note, at no time during this 14 weeks was i starving myself or spending over an hour and a half at the gym.25 minutes of cardio and a 6 meal a day healthy diet were i was still eating more food than the normal person does in 2 days.
i hope this inspires some to do whatever it is they dream of doing. i have always been the skinny guy who was told i could never do something like this. well. come sunday i will have a trophy under my belt and a top 3 finish. that is my goal and i am confident i can do it.
the last photo is of me this past sunday before i started cutting water. today i look totally different. fuller and much dryer.

i'm thinking of taking photos the night before and the day of. i'm competing with 4 other guys from my gym and we're staying in the same hotel. after the show we're hitting up pizza so that should be... interesting. i know i'll eat a whole pizza myself.

mayo. no problem. i was iffy to but in the beginning i added no fat cheese and lots of pepper. way better. you can buy egg whites in carton form. way easier.
swollenelbow. tea rocks. i drank a lot of green tea. twice a day. i pretty much cut everything out though the last 2 weeks. green tea is good. just make sure you take into account the water to make the tea. subtract it from the total amount your drinking.

yea dude you can loose tones of weight by dehydrating yourself. i was a wrestler in high school and i use to be able to loose 20 pounds in 2 days by drinking nothing eating only toast with honey twice a day and work up a sweat every once in a while. it will work, trust dr. gray.

I still think you should use your creativity in this case. Perhaps you can eat much as hell and take a 20 pounds crap on the scale.

you're trying to lose 13 lb in...less than 10 days??
that's really difficult. the first 5 pounds should be easy to shed off, but after that takes some miracle.
the bottom line is that you need to work out -- but working out gains muscle mass which weighs more than fat. that's why people often gain weight in the first 2-3 weeks of losing weight.
there is so much you can do on dieting, too. the best way: drink lots of water but work out lightly. avoid most muscular workout and do more cardio activities.
but once the betting day is over, make sure to gain some muscle because that's how you keep off gaining weight again.
