you're trying to lose 13 lb in...less than 10 days??
that's really difficult. the first 5 pounds should be easy to shed off, but after that takes some miracle.
the bottom line is that you need to work out -- but working out gains muscle mass which weighs more than fat. that's why people often gain weight in the first 2-3 weeks of losing weight.
there is so much you can do on dieting, too. the best way: drink lots of water but work out lightly. avoid most muscular workout and do more cardio activities.
but once the betting day is over, make sure to gain some muscle because that's how you keep off gaining weight again.
