How do you keep looking sexy?

I am sure that many of you are in my same situation..
I work from home, and work 13-16 hour days and the refigerator calls my name every hour. I have been doing this for about 5 months, and have gained about 10 lbs. I am getting to the point where I am using my belly roll as my mouse pad!
I want to know how the sexy peeps in our industry keep it slim and healthy. Any advice would be great!!

A dog wouldn't be a bad idea. I've been thinking of that. Because then you have to get your butt out of the house and walk him and what not if you want him/her to be happy.
Thinking of getting a boxer, but I'd feel guilty since my 13 year old yellow lab is still alive and kickin' at my parents house.

just exercise everyday go for a run work out or what ever. Started getting the fat ass myself from sitting hours infront of the computer. So I decided to jog every day before work. Once you get into the habit, it's not so bad.

Onyochin, really, everyone already knows the answer to this. Excercise at least 30 minutes a day and portion control. you're really just asking for goofy answers from NT'ers. :D

2 simple things. in the morning when you wake depending on weather take the dog out for a 30 minute walk. or walk yourself. 4-5 times a week. that's a start.
then eat 5-6 small meals a day timed out at about 3-4 hour intervals. the good stuff monday - saturday then maybe have a bad meal or two on sunday... but be sensible about it.
once you get into the swing of things jog every morning, it's helps wake you up and get your creative brain going. also i found when i did it i would gather ideas from nature or the surroundings for some work.
