Gotta agree with you on the left F and right S with the right 'by the'. I'd adjust the ascender height of the b, t and h to enable you to center the xheight of the 'by the' line in that negative space. You may also want to lengthen the descender a bit to force it into meeting the 'e' in 'Sea' as well. Just some thoughts. It looks great!
