I like it except for the BIG ASS WHITE PART on the bottem of the screen...
that part makes it all lopsided and awkward... seems like an after thought

i think i need to see it.
when i first saw the titanium powerbook i thought it was a sony vaio.hehe

i was waiting for a thread about it to show up any second.. :P
anyway, about the big white part at the bottom.. the whole screen is a computer afterall and they probely needed SOME space for the parts inside?
i like the look of it, its clean and smooth as usual from apple.
- smellvetica0
hmm... they look like someone should be serving drinks off them
- patt0
but only 256 mb ram on the 20 inch.. thats lame

looks good. but it does gives me that awkward feeling that its gonna topple any moment.

The white part at the bottom of the screen is kind of odd, but that would be filled with post-it's in no time.

the powermacs seem a bit overpriced compared to the imacs now, don't they?

"The iMac offers the smallest footprint ever, but you can make that zero with an optional VESA mount. Hang it from the wall or swing it around on your desk."
Pretty slick. But once again, I imagine, you can't upgrade parts like a tower system?

well it looks very nice. but i wonder about the lifespan. esp. the 17" one. i mean the G5 desktop is huge and really needs to be cooled. i dunno how it's gonna work out when it's behind the screen in a much smaller space. also i know dvd's/cd's who rotate like a maniac to a vibration degree. should have influence on the screen as well.

I really don't like it atall. It will look all messy with the keyboard like something is missing. Jus tlike news presenters desks.
- rabattski0
well the imac was never really made for upgrading. except memory.

might as well wall-mount ya lap top.
Where's the key board? Or do you just sit it in the corner and wank over it along with your iPod?
- rabattski0
ofcourse.

Actually, it's sorta like a tablet pc. I wonder...
But Jobs has said that he doesn't dig tablets so I doubt they'll implement that ability.

I like it. I am about to get a new mac as my candy imac gave up yesterday. Had it for over 5 years so not a bad life span for the money. Its also a lot less than a G5 with monitor, well a quarter of the price and its a home computer after all.

Hmm I don't see why you should do ur work on it. it seems to be equipped enough for most stuff.
- gradiate0
You dont see why you should or shouldnt do your work tomkat?
