Parma ham and mozzarella pasta, in a four cheese sauce served on a bed of fine rocket and green salad. Served with the finest mix of flour, milk and water, toasted with a garlic butter topping.

Pineapple Prawn Curry
(Gaeng Gung Sapparot)Ingredients:
Peanut oil
1/4 cup Onion chopped fine
3 tbsp Dried shrimp chopped fine
3 tbsp Lemon grass chopped fine
3 tbsp Galangal chopped fine
1/2 tsp Shrimp paste
1-4 tsp Chili paste2 cups Coconut milk
Fish sauce to taste
1 tsp Palm sugar1 lb Shelled prawns
2 cups Pineapple chunksDirections:
Heat wok. Add peanut oil, onion, dried shrimp, lemon grass, galangal, shrimp paste and chili paste. Stir fry for 2 minutes until oil is aromatic.Add coconut milk, fish sauce and palm sugar and bring to a boil. Reduce to half.
Add prawns and pineapple, simmer 3-4 minutes.
Yield - 4 cups

i had a super long day...and by that, i had to fight some ridiculous system that's placed in our society and had to battle with DMV and SFDPT for 6 straight hours..i didn't eat anything until now and i'm finally chewing on a slice of bagel...don't think i'll be eating anything else tonight either since i have lots to catch up.
