that is interesting you bring it up - the last 2 jobs ive had were 95% men and let me tell you it is tricky to figure out a way to manage some men... its wierd because i've even had friends of mine tell me i "think like a guy" now - whatever that means?!

love women... just not in the workforce. Women tend to make desicions based on emotion... not rational thought. ie., I feel this way... they never use their heads.. kinda like liberals.
