fate - The Bible allows for divorce in certain circumstances: infidelity, spousal abuse, etc... It should not be "banned".
And I don't call for a "ban" on homosexual marriage. I just say, don't make it legal. It hasn't been up to this point.
There's the logic. BTW... I'm terribly un-religious. I try to be like Jesus.

If you ban something, that means it is illegal or illicit. Did you know that? So it wouldn't be legal, just like you want.

fate - If a man and woman have intercourse they are responsible for the possible consequences. This is the problem with our country - elimination of individual responsibility. You're argument lacks logic. Please don't get me started on the countless children born in horrendous circumstances that rose above.

Religion by definition is man's attempt to reach an unreachable God via works and behavior. The Bible's message is the other end of the spectrum. That's why religious people hated Jesus.
