Im asking him his opinion on these things, Im not assuming anything.

you're asking his opinion with a loaded response ready.
it's a loaded question, and anyone's free to answer it honestly, sure.
just don't think you're ahead because you brought it up. tis all.

what is your opinion on the bush administration appointing john negroponte as ambassador to iraq e-wo?

Dear George,
I beg of you, please return Soliel Moon Frye to television in any capacity available.
Punky was my first crush.
Missing her is too much to bear.
Look at me, I'm crying now...Sincerely,
Superfan

mrdob,
i have not solidified an opinion at this point. i'll let you know when i do.
- virtu0
damn mr dob. your really pressing the issue arent you?
well, i think negroponte will make a good embassador to iraq. hes a tough mofo. reminds me of ashcroft actually.
now, what point you are trying to prove with this talk of negroponte? and by the way, this is actually of the topic of discussion. We were talking about bush stealing money from afganistan and all that, and then all of a sudden, whoops! lets just jump to another subject that isnt really even a subject yet, because the afgan money argument isnt working for you that well.
and soler, stop riding mrdobs coat tails. you look like a fuckin idiot when you say what you said in your last post.
and mrdobs, it is a pretty convenient thing to just slam me right into a box huh? I have so many problems with the current administration, but unlike you, im not being a little bitch about them. If i were the lemming you claim that i am, i would be some card carrying member of the republican party. just to let you know, i am an independent all the way. I am conservative, but independent. so dont try and box me up like a bitch.

looks like somebody woke up on the wrong side of the bunk bed today.
As far as bush's money > afghanistan, if it so legal, why did he not mention it to congress or the public? why did he tell the defense dept. to create a warplan for iraq and deny the shit out of it for months while they were planning it all along? why would he be afraid to confront iraq in the begining, at the same time as afghanistan?

Dear Mr President
There's this girl. Well, basically we've been friends for some time now. And, for a long time I've known she, well, had this "thing" for me. I guess I had a thing for her too. But, I was always worried about doing anything about it cos, basically I dont think there'd be any serious chance of us working out. And, I also know, that if she got with me, she'd want it to be very serious. So you can see that us doing anything would seriously jeopardise our friendship. I dunno, maybe i've been paranoid the whole time. It's just that we're such different people. She doesn't do any drugs, she hardly ever drinks. I guess i'm still at that phase where i want my girl to be able to party as hard as me. But this girl is so pretty and we have this much deeper bond. Like i can talk to her about things i would never talk to anyone else about. And i have all these feelings for her but i've kept this "we can only be friends, we can only be friends!" thing goin. Cos, I know me, and i know i'd just end up hurting her or something. She seems way too much into me. Long story short, I kissed her last weekend, and we "made out" for sometime. And now i want everything to be back to the way they were. But then i think maybe i shud give it a chance and we shud just get it on? I dunno what to do Mr Bush. Any help in this matter would be much appreciated.
Yours Sincerely
K-fro

Dear President Bush,
Did you use an Executive Order to have giant African snails seized from Wisconsin schools?
Are you racist or something?
Sincerely,
Parker Posey

why dont people stop being stupid about the war in iraq? why cant they realize that we are in a war and that they should support our troops?
virtu
(apr 28 04, 11:14)so the troops that don't support the war- stupid then? that doesn't sound very supportive
- virtu0
here we go again, changing the damn subject. I prefer to have 1 argument at a time. but, to tell you the truth, i would rather argue about this shit, the negroponte thing is boring, and it is only founded on opinion.
but, lets address these points soler.
he didnt tell the congress or the american people, because he didnt have to. the money was under his control, not congresses. he told the defense department to assess the current strategy against iraq, not create a warplan. dude, did you watch colin powells press conference on this issue? and afganistan was the home of the taliban, who were the harborers of the ones responsible for 911, why wouldnt we go into afganistan first? you cant throw all your sticks into the wind man. one war at a time. we learned our lesson in WW2.
hey soler, that was a weak attempt.

I have received a response from the White House after copying and sending most of the heartfelt letters you all have written.
The message reads:
YOU ARE ALL GOING TO DIE.
TONIGHT.
IN YOUR SLEEP.
SORRY CHARLIE.-
Sorry my friends :(
- virtu0
we are already in iraq, so why dont you give support to the troops. this is a no brainer dude. regardless of your opinion on the war, support the troops. We dont need to brow beat them while they are over fighting for us.
- mg330
Dear George Bush,
When I wipe my hands in my armpits, I smell them and they smell like roast beef. Not the Potbelly Sandwich Works roast beef, but like the Easter dinner roast beef Grandma has always made.
Do you know what's causing this? If you don't, can you forward this to the Surgeon General?
You're the best, well, that's not entirely true, but you get the point.
- Soler0
i watched CP, but I also watched PBS and the extensive background on afghanistan and Cp and Bush and Rumsfeld and Wolfowitz. They only needed an excuse to go into Iraq. AND, the Afghan war was so fast- just a bombing parade. we could have done both, OR at least SAId we were doing both initially. Not like---"we are just going to war with Afghanistan-- Whoops! we forgot about iraq too!"
- Soler0
i do supprt the troops. that doesn't mean i can't be against the war.
do you support the troops that are against the war?
- mrdobolina0
http://www.indymedia.org.uk/en/2…
and to address the supporting of the troops, how exactly are you supporting the troops?
- Soler0
if you're asking me [ i don't think you are ]
not monetarily.
i just hope they come home safe and that our gov't treats the vets w/ respect. i support them in my thoughts.

Dubya,
Why are you so eager to send young men to die for your oil interests when during Vietnam you were a truck driving, beer drinking, coke sniffing (why else would you avoid drug tests), AWOL, daddy's boy?
also...
How can people actually find anything good in anything you've ever done? I mean...you suck at the economy, environment, healthcare and foreign relations...so what gives?
and...
How long before the conservative christian, blind patriot flag waving tards on the right realize they are being used by an idiot spokesman for a global machine that chews up and destroys anything good on this planet.
that is all...back to your destruction.
