HIGH THERE!!!
I WOKE UP FEELING GREAT REFRESHED AND PAINLESS!!!
i started my day with my daily walk, then i came home and made early breakfast, then i did some yoga, some light calisthenics, some aerobics and even rode my bicycle around the neighborhood. i even managed to do 2 sets of 5 dips and 2 sets of 8 push ups... no paain!!!!!
not sick and no pain and today is almost 70°F yay!!!!
have a dope day nters!!!

I am having fucking massive problems just trying to install a trial of PS CS4 on my lappy here, after my CS3 trials ran out. First up, teh adobe site has some problem and I can't download from there so TWICE I have downloaded from mirror sites (DL takes about 2 hours due to size) and both times the extractor thing has encountered problems at the end of install and its fucked up. I've been trying to get this onto my computer so I can do some of the work I need to do since 8 am. It is now 16:40.
I am very annoyed. This brings me back yet again to how the fuck they justify charging £900 for this product. Don;'t even get me started on it costing £150 or so more over here than in the states. Fucking criminal. All I want to do is some fucking personal work ffs.
