two, (luxurious, premium, ultra luxe) bedding with (pillow top matress pads, hypo allergenic pillows), aveda bath products, and complimentary club breakfast and afternoon tea, featuring starbucks coffees and tazo teas. (no capitals or tms)
three, under the big korman communities, switching "luxury furnished apartments" to " extended stay hotel" or "ultra lux partment suites" or "boutique...", "residential accommodations", "???"
and , for the malvern left hand read ad, next to standard insertion, in the apartment shoppers guide, we need to redo the verbage -
brand new designer kitchen and bathrooms
solid cherry cabinetry, black whirlpool appliances, faux granite countertops,

all within the most beautiful and sophisticated apartment community in pennsylvania...?
