People have a choice whether to smoke or not, and the site doesn't do much to promote smoking anyway so personally I wouldn't have a problem with it.

I agree with Mimio, It's where you draw the line morally.
But we have a social responsibility as designers, so I guess you do what you feel is right if you can live with the concequences of your actions.
