yeah, I knew what you meant, my brain isn't so good now either, well it never has been good to be honest.

still, I cannot believe it, NL Championship Series: Florida Marlins vs. Chicago Cubs. Nobody could have predicted this, no way, no how.

I'll tell you what's great about us (Chicago) winning last night, and that's that Wrigley is right in the middle of neighborhoods, bars, etc. and not out of the city by car.
Makes it that much more special that the people who live in it's shadow, and walk to the games, go out in that area know exactly where to go after a win like this.
Watching all that, it was very wonderful.
I didn't get to see the game, my tv doesn't get Fox, so I listened on the radio and that was kind of fun actually. If you've never done that, especially with a big game, try it sometime. Also, all the people impersonating Harry Carry has got to stop, and so does the media forcing people to do that.
It's just embarrassing. But wow is this city primed for something we've never had before. :)

Man, Woo Woo had tears welling up in his eyes last night. Hilarious. Go Cubs....

I dig it, I really do hope the Cubs go to at least the WS, if not win it. But shit anyting is an improvement over almost 100 years of nothing. :)
- ********0
Shit, you all better be gettin' your WS Tickets and your thank you letters ready for the Pittsburgh Pirates, because the three players we gave you are kickin' ass for you. Ramirez, Grand Slam, Randall Simon saved you last night and Kenny Lofton is just solid all-around. :)

GO CUBS!
- ********0
Just like the Jetskins you should call those three guys the Pubs or the Cubrates. hehhee ;) Good luck

LET'S GO MARLINS!!!

Nope, not gonna' happen. Yankees vs. Cubs, no doubt about it. Now the Yankees are gonna' take it personal after that fight. At least one curse is gone, but the Bambino one goes much much deeper.

crap.... cubs lost...
but.. i kind of wanted them too so they could go back to Chicago and win at home...
- tfs__mag0
yeah... i don't think the cubs are too disappointed to be able to take it back to wrigley for the nlcs championship. Tuesday night prior is pitching and the whole city of chicago is gonna be partying.
- ********0
Hmmm, I wouldn't party so, so hard. I think the Cubbies will win it, but shit weirder things have happened. :)

ok. two games to win one. I hope for a game seven. the fish are so freakily dangerous, it'll make it all very happening. Bosox will implode (I'm guessing, not hoping), I'd like to see that go 7 also.

I'm thinking that most Cubs fans had no idea how dangerous The Fishes actually are, but Cubs are even more High-Powered and have better pitching. Go Pubs or Cubrates.
- unknown0
Do you have any idea what this city is going to be like Tuesday night?
Clark & Addison = Ground Zero.
The cops after Saturday's win said that it's going to look like the anti-war protests downtown, if the Cubs win.
I'll watch safely from my apartment. :)

cops are hoping they lose then, actually you better hope they do win, because if they don't there will be more vandalism.
- unknown0
Man, I hope not-to both things you said.
You live in the city, right?
- ********0
yeah, I agree for your sake. That kinda' lose really sucks. Every inner city gets the same fate, but it seems more so in Detroit than anywhere else. Somehow I think Chitown might go beserk if they blow this. (x_0) I've been there through about 4 AFC Championship loses in Pittsburgh, people get pissed and shit happens.

please don't let the game get rained out tonite... it's fuckin pouring here in illinois right now...
