anybody else having problems with threadless hipping out orders?! i placed one on june 15th and they havent sent it and it says it's in stock... they charged my card and everything... they also dont reply to my emails. no fun.

they have been very slow to get things done over there in my experience. they will more than likely ship your goods at some point and reply to your messages if you keep trying. i have been hesitant to do business with them due to past problems i have had with them.
i like the concept, they just need to get together on the business side of things.

it definitely is a great concept but man they need to do something for customer service. i think i placed an order last year sometime and they never even processed it at all. i thought i would give it a go this time and see if things have changed.... so far no luck. i guess theyre one of those stores you have to keep on bugging until they send you their stuff. too much work for a darn t-shirt haha.

Give it until the end of the week, you should probably have your shirt by then. I ordered one about a month or so ago and it took a couple of weeks. Unless they've changed their shipping methods, they process orders on Fridays, so that would mean that you're already waiting a week just to have your order filled. Give it another week or so to crawl through the mail and you should be fine. I would start to get concerned if by the end of this week you don't have it.
I've placed two orders with them and no troubles on their end yet, but I did fuck up my address and they fixed it for me lickety-split.

I think when you place an order with them, you have to initially take into account that the entire operation is basically run by just two guys named Jake.
If you come into expecting to maybe have to wait a bit, there shouldn't be any problems. I've had two designs selected and printed, and reprinted a number of times, and they always notify of when there are reprints so that I can get more free shirts for payment .. I never once caught them trying to "pull the wool over" my eyes.
I guess if its been quite a few weeks already, just keep dropping them emails to let them know, i'm sure they'll get it out as soon as possible.

Have not ordered from them yet, but I'm curious what the wait time is as I live in Chicago as well.
