I think when you place an order with them, you have to initially take into account that the entire operation is basically run by just two guys named Jake.
If you come into expecting to maybe have to wait a bit, there shouldn't be any problems. I've had two designs selected and printed, and reprinted a number of times, and they always notify of when there are reprints so that I can get more free shirts for payment .. I never once caught them trying to "pull the wool over" my eyes.
I guess if its been quite a few weeks already, just keep dropping them emails to let them know, i'm sure they'll get it out as soon as possible.
