This company is the reason we get crap wages... they treat us like low paid monkeys and some stupid person will design the site and other companies do the same ............ cycle begins.... we get paid less in the end..

This was just like any other post about stuff here aty NT, it says quick money, not a career salary, thought it might be interesting for people here to know how designers get underpaid, but some people make some living out of this, $500 for the weekend doesn't sound like a bad idea, I respect everybody's opinion.
Qburt I read what you had to say, and your behaviour is one of the best causes you designers get paid what you get paid.

I think he was just trying to be cool and let some peeps that might be interested take a look at it. Criticism is expected, But telling him to get his post out of here is a bit harsh. Macaso has been around NT for awhile and only means good. Not all of us are blessed with high paying design jobs like you.

a web development firm wants designers to submit designs...
they will probably get 5-10 good designs for $500. disgusting
think they wont spin the other designs that didnt win for profit?

I was being sarcastic with the whole thing, chis and bread, I can't believe you can't get it, yes, it's educational, it tell us we're loosing our clients to people that can design a website for way less than us, if you don't call this awareness then what would you call it? Oh shuts a question, I learned not to ask questions here cause then people will answer with nonsense.
Darn, the first day after a long time here at NT and I'm already to go on another big break away of the bunch of "I know it all-super designers of the world that are not employed".
people sometimes you suck as professional thinkers.
