Syria will do 'something' that will cause Bush and Co. to place sanctions on them. Sanctions that will weaken them enough for Israel to have their way with them.
Whatever makes Pres Sharon happy.
But I'm sure Bush's trigger finger is a little more relaxed now that he has 11% of the earths oil supply to counter his inability to manage the american economy properly.
