Hell, they were already pissed off enough to run a couple planes into a couple of buildings. Can we really make them madder? I mean really, they don't feel like they need any more jusitification for what they are doing and have done, so it's not like this venture in Iraq is going to provoke something that wasn't already in their minds and in the works.
BTW... I remember coming across commentary somewhere that said one of the things that OBL admitted was an inspiration to try something so bold was our failure in Somalia. He got bold when we tucked our tail between our legs and ran there.

According to Osama 911 happened because the USA put troops in Saudi Arabia to fight Iraq with the help of the rest of the world.
Now the US unilaterally attacks Saddam unprovoked, against the wished of THE ENTIRE PLANET. Baghdad will be a never ending gaza or lebanon with weekly suicide attacks.
Now the Al-Queda recruiting offices are most likely filling up. Haven't you seen them on the news getting ready to be martyrs?
The arab nations feel threatened now. They know Iran and Syria are next.
