hardcore is good and fun in new york, but not as good as it once was. i saw avail here recently, and they bring the best to a show..the pit is always fun...everyone out there dancing, but not killing eachother, and always there to pick somoene up after they've hurled themselves across the room to fall down. hhaa. always good t imes.

i remember seeing Avail back in 88 at the local community center in Reston VA.

I saw Avail at the Palace here in LA in 98... I hadn't heard of them till my friend from Vermont brought me to the show. They were cool. Not no Judge or Burn but good stuff.
That reminds me of this other band from East Coast that I absolutely love. But I can't remember the name. 3 piece. shit. I love em though. damn

went to see Between the Buried & Me / Premonitions of War / Red Chord this weekend twice..
after a decade of going to and playing shows with my old band, and then taking like 2 years off from not caring.. it was a shock.
everythings so different, yet the people really havent changed. same stuff, different faces.oh well.
- k0na_an0k0
hopefully they'll kill themselves dancing like that and remove themselves from the gene pool.
