I just checked the owner for "kristiansson.se", and found out that the owner to it, is Göran Kristiansson. The question here is, are they connected in any way...kristiansson.com and .se?

any other ideas as to going about finding/collecting from an overseas company like this? I will gladly give cash to anyone who can help find this piece of garbage and figure a way to get him to pay. Need to make sure he doesnt do this to anyone else in the future. From now on only do work 50% up front and 50% on completion - no matter what any contract states.

Ok - making some progress here. it turns out they in fact DID steal the html and swf's and have uploaded it to the following address:

can anyone help with info on who owns this domain space? is it a personal server? hosted by a company? any help would be appeciated here guys! They have been reported to numerous agengies now. Hopefully they will be figured out soon. I cannot imagine they will actually upload this to switch.net

this reminds me of the powerbook guy in new orleans that tracked down a fraud guy in chicago about the powerbook he stole. macnn forums tracked him down and put him in jail. design-types stick together. don't mess.

They wouldn't have heard of them. ITBSGroup just got their IP address from the same company.
