In my 4+ years hiring freelancers to work on various projects I have never encountered a client like this one. They called my office directly more then 50 times to give revisions, ideas and overall specifications. The work is all but completed now. We have the signed contract and over 70 emails from going back and forth with the client. The contract states that the payment will be sent via wire transfer, then once cleared, we will transfer the animation/html/files etc.
Switch.net even faxed me from their bank in London (LLOYDS TSB) that they made the wire transfer but the banks have nothing on file and no money has come to the business account yet. When i called their office in London I now am getting a FAX machine sound and the client has not replied except saying they rewired the money and they are "SEARCHING IT DOWN."
I have gotten another wire from England this past week to the same account without any problem. I even signed up with 2checkout.com to accept their AMEX card, but have not gotten a straight response from them. Now I have no contact phone number for the client. I went to

and paid the few bucks to find out more info - maybe get a phone #. I got the following info. If anyone has any ideas on where this is in London and maybe a way to get their phone number at this residence address -

HAYES MIDDLESEX UB4 8NHI already checked out and called the number listed under the switch.net WHOIS. Ive even called the police in the area by the house and was told to go thru my local police. I think thats crazy - Id like to hear your ideas/experiences/thoughts.
I welcome any advice or help on this!

hmmm... well I tried the operator over here for you and she said they weren't listed I'm afraid. That address didn't come up for her either. sounds dodgy.

Thanks for the help..I have tried numerous ways to contact so far. Nothing working yet...I cannot imagine they will use what we have done without paying for it. I didnt get a bad vibe from them but after the new year they basically disappeared...

uk police said to go thru my local police. not sure how this will locate the guy/s. The domain name is registered in Milan Italy, on servers in Sweden and he called from London...

i grew up in Bensonhurst, Brooklyn NY. Most of my old friends are named Bruno and are Sicilian! They would beat some ass...the key here is finding this guy in a specific location and then making sure he is there when the bomb drops. He is MOST WANTED now. $250 reward for the person/s leading us to his whereabouts and conviction/sending the cash he owes...
