if you wanted to keep it cheap and get her to your place, why didn't you just offer to cook her dinner?
i don't understand what you're doing. if you just want sex in england, you go to a club, meet someone there, and then go back to your/her place. that way it's as cheap as you want it to be, if you want to see them again you can or if you don't you can get out of it without causing too much embarassment.

Cant invite girls round to cook because my flatmate has a stinking cat that walks around licking the kichen surfaces. and due to the recent rain here, the roof of my flatmates bedroom has fallen in (really) so she now lives in the lounge. Basically, I cant spend a night impressing a bord in an environment like my flat, but I can take her back there for saucy action in my room. Ill just get pissed with her and see what happens I guess. She can buy drinks too damn her.

man, this is what you do, i'm sure you know of local places around that have good cheap food, i know i do. if not, ask around, after your meal, get her a SOFT SERVE ICE CREAM CONE, that's the most important part. SOFT SERVE. if you screw that up it will be over.
ice cream is the frozen equivelent of "do you want a cup of coffee..."
after ice cream, she'll be all yours.

1) cook her dinner at your place.
- light up some insence (sp?) set the mood with dim lighting and LOTS of candles. Beck, Radiohead or Coldplay playing softly in the background. If you can't cook order out a couple chicken salads (a chicken salad has a lot of sex appeal food wise. very sexy). and pick it up 20 minutes before she arrives. take it out of the to-go boxes and put them on nice plates and place in the oven at 100degrees to keep warm.2) a bottle of red wine. ya know... turning leaf at $8.oo a bottle doesn't taste half bad. don't let her see the bottle to let her onto it being cheap. say it's an Imperio Italian wine. nice.
3) enjoy the evening.
