So for years I've been eating 90% dark chocolate because I love the taste and it's healthy. And in recent months there was a study that there's tons lead/ heavy metals in them that could be harmful accumulating over years.

Sigh, nothing is really healthy anymore. And salmon/ fish have micro plastics, heavy metals or other chemicals in them.

    • Lindt 90%. Bummer. But it's not something you can eat a lot of anyway.shapesalad
