So for years I've been eating 90% dark chocolate because I love the taste and it's healthy. And in recent months there was a study that there's tons lead/ heavy metals in them that could be harmful accumulating over years.
Sigh, nothing is really healthy anymore. And salmon/ fish have micro plastics, heavy metals or other chemicals in them.

Insanely hard to find "pure" products anymore in any markets. Basically poisoning future generations******** - @NBQ eat small fresh water fish, eat chicken & turkey, no beef, even in EU with very high standards is getting harder to eat safe********
