Resurrecting this thread.
I'm currently on MT...
but it's gone to the dogs lately and gotten very $$$$$$$$$Any recommendations for reasonable hosting with the following:
Unlimited Websites
Email (without storage limits)
Easy to use (no messing about in a complicated cPanel)- Oh and nothing I host needs super fast response times. Just basic everyday hosting for brochure style sites.Centigrade
- AWS?hotroddy

- Complicated cPanel?! Lol. Wow.shapesalad
- I really like DreamHostoey_oey
- cPanel complicated LOL. I know... I know... I just got used to NOT using it on Grid hosting with MTCentigrade
- Web hosting has become more specialized. Most of my recommendations these days don't provide email service.nocomply
- That being said, for what you're looking for I'd check out https://www.sitegrou…nocomply
- siteground no.
lots of people have no idea about plesk, while cpanel stayed this oldschool difficult to operate stuff plesk grew to a nice and easy******** - hosting management system, with a lot of support to new things. damn like i remember when everybody was learning docker we just pulled in the images to********
- quickly set-up wordpress sites for whatever reason we needed that for a client.********
- dreamhost, digitalocean, ionos are ok.
and fuck godaddy.******** - https://www.thehosti…shapesalad
- ^ never had an issue with them, got a great deal on their 'Ultimate' package. Cpanel is simple, you mostly don't need it, just use a FTP app. mac mail for emailshapesalad
- I left (mt) years ago for SiteGround, been pretty happy with itYakuZoku
- cheaper & fasterYakuZoku
- Blue Host has worked well for me for over 10 years...unlimited everything for under $8 month. www.bluehost.com/pri…...utopian

- https://www.namechea… I was a little iffy at first when I got the Black Friday deal, but it worked out well. solid service.dbloc
- you should have left (mt) a long time ago. It's not what it used to be back in the day.dbloc
- i've used siteground & bluehost for clients. no to both. dreamhost works well as an mt replacement. namecheap for domains only. AWS is not for the casual user.imbecile
- cPanel is for newbies. Choose the one with the lowest latency from your region with a targeted audience in mind.isaca
- Moved all the stuff I had on mt to bluehost. Comparable service (shit) compatible downtime (shit) but 24/7 chat support and about 1/10 the price (not as shit)kingsteven
- No idea how mt are still in business. Mine got hacked and Google informed me of sus activity, i had moved host by the time mt support replied 18h laterkingsteven
