    It can be done with hair simulation in 3D (here is a quick test with the basic 3ds MAX hair modifier and nike logo - with some more playing around it can be fairly ok looking for a pubes)

    • I imagine the hairs making up the logo would be trimmed quite short, vs bushy, allowing for better edge definition in the logo. :)monospaced
