  I often need headshots of people to make an intro slide for a corporate video. Here's where the punches come in - they send me a 5kb thumbnail.
  So rather than go back and forth with them, I find them on LinkedIn, zoom in on their avatar and screengrab it. This then dictates that I'll be going with the circular mask for cropping. Sheesh
