I have been in a container for the past two weeks, in a retreat mostly disconnected from the outside world, working on rising our frequencies and slowing down.

Came back yesterday, at this moment real life looks unnecessarily panicked and restless.

Work on rising your frequencies so you don't get carried away and distracted from expansion and feeling more alive.

    • Well done!OBBTKN
    • Is this pseudoscience?Morning_star
    • Happy for you and all. Did someone convince you your frequency is low, and is that why you felt compelled to raise it? Serious question.monospaced
    • No, not at all.palimpsest
    • Can you go above 1000? like 2000drgs
    • Mine was serious too. What are my 'frequencies'?, where are they?, what units are the number? Hrtz? What's expanded or contracted?Morning_star
    • There is a Planck length to enlightenment. Pretty sure you can’t go over 1000Gnash
    • You need to be at least a Level Five Laser Lotus to understand these things.palimpsest
    • I got my science badge as a scout, will that help?Morning_star
    • @mono I went there out of a need. Realized that all the emotions associated with lower freqs were dominating my life. And the shift happened along withBeeswax
    • new pathways or clear directions suddenly appearing. I realized the importance of magnetismBeeswax
    • @morning_s I think it can be measured by EEG brain scan bu I dont think this chart is in Hz. I feel the shift in vibration in all over my body not only in brainBeeswax
    • Cool and all, but that's not what I asked. Who convinced you that you have a frequency that needs raising? How did they measure it?monospaced
    • What is the importance of magnetism in this context, and what exactly are you doing magnetically?monospaced
    • also expansion is in consciousness. It's like looking at things from high above and interrelating instead of reacting. It has a peaceful and loving quality.Beeswax
    • Mushrooms?monospaced
    • Takes courage to sit in the uncomfort and look within. Props to you beeswax.sea_sea
    • Takes courage to filter out the noise as well. Just like it takes courage to open up here knowing the level of snark that abounds. Lol carry on ;)sea_sea
    • I'm fine with people self diagnosing low orgone levels when people self diagnose having had Covid or Celiac disease.palimpsest
    • glad you found a religion that works for you.sarahfailin
    • @ Beeswax. ThanksMorning_star
    • Are you calling legitimate questions about the truth of this “noise?”monospaced
    • Frequencies and magnetism are very well understood and measurable. So you’d think there was some sort of connection to physical reality at some point?monospaced
    • love this. unfortunately in this fucked up world, to be rich and successful you need to aim for the bottom._niko
    • Is there a device to measure your frequency objectively?drgs
    • @MorningS that graph is a translation to market it better in the western world. and the translation is a bit inaccurate. so yes, pseudo science.uan
    • though the roots of that knowledge is based in scientific methods looking and mapping the human mind.uan
    • @drgs the device is your Wahrnehmung in German. basically your body and your perception in it.uan
    • @uan, I don't think somonospaced
    • So, these frequencies and vibrations, are they the same thing that the scientologists 'test' on their e-meters?Morning_star
    • How does one "work on" a frequency, and how do you confirm the work ... worked? Is it measured or is it just how you feel?monospaced
    • So wait, is this like a New Age Taoist exorcism thing? Whatever placebo makes you feel happier, but in the end we're just sacks of meat and bone.garbage
    • @Beeswax... this guy has been killing it regarding magnetism https://www.youtube.…keewee
    • The fuck is going on in here?5timuli
    • beyond lightspeed is my favourite frequency.neverscared
    • The practice of mindfulness is powerful stuff but i find it hard to operate in that mode for long or in certain situations like working in an agencyscarabin
    • I guess that’s why they call it practicescarabin
    • They feed us poison. So we take their 'cures'. While they suppress our medicine.palimpsest
    • its hard because people who are operating in that mode are rare to find...neverscared
    • practice and discipline. it's not like you get there and stay there forever. the monks do it every day to get there and it wears out during the day.uan
    • you should try it @mono. maybe start by thinking about what happens when you understand something. (it's just a positive sensation inside yourself)uan
    • I practice mindfulness every day. It's essential to getting through life. Don't think it has anything to do with vibrations, magnets or expansion though.monospaced
    • you find traces of in western science in philosophy and in theoretical physic, but basically we are not there yet. we don't have the concepts for it.uan
    • Magnets. How do they work?drgs
    • yeah, I don't think that's the issue :)monospaced
    • youtube: sadhguru, krishnamurti, mantak chia, a channel called Meditation steps. they all spread that eastern ancient knowledge in modern times.uan
    • Roger Penrose, Brian Muraresku, Stephen Wolfram and quite some more go into that hard problem of consciousness from a western scientific point of view.uan
    • and I don't think it's 1 to 1 the same as electromagnetic fields, maybe more like quantum spooky stuff. we just don't know yet, we don't have the concepts yet.uan
    • @mono No one convinced me about my freq. Simple awareness or journaling reveals whats going on inside. I dont care about those numbers or that orderBeeswax
    • Wish I haven't posted the image and get you guys stuck at that unnecessary detail, scientific minds miss the point while looking at 2+2Beeswax
    • And I have been to that retreat with that mind trying to analyze and find clear answers. Instead of answers I now can feel, am alive, energized, optimistic etcBeeswax
    • maybe check out the concept of Vrittis: tendencies of the mind. it's how yoga (science) explains the centers of different emotions.uan
    • great to hear beeswax, been looking to do something similar but don't know where to start or how to go about it really_niko
    • and they center them around the chakras, which are ordered low to high related to evolutionary progression (basic instincts to higher conscious states of mind)uan
    • You convinced yourself that the issue is a frequency one based on your feelings? Science is not an unnecessary detail if you're talking about these things.monospaced
    • Everything you're feeling can be acheived through rest, relaxation, exercise and eating healthy, and that's scientifically backed.monospaced
    • Sounds like that's what you did. I don't see why you need to connect it to psuedoscience of frequencies magnetism. That's just unnecessary noise.monospaced
    • How much did it cost?palimpsest
    • when bitcoiners come up with mindfullness and pseudoscience u know the shit hits the fan..magnetism lol... flippin clown.neverscared
    • https://youtu.be/Clv…mort_
    • Tin foil hat threadi_was
    • in simple terms: you felt tired and burned out so you took a break. That's all.

No need for all this magnetism mumbo jumbo blah blah frequency BS. LOL
      Krassy
    • What's the frequency, Kenneth?kaiyohtee
    • @Krassy, exactly what I'm saying.monospaced
