Runners out there, do you mix up biking and running, or solely run w/ Crossfit or other types of exercise?
Loving it so much, but struggled to get out of bed. Was yearning for a run but stood frozen in bed, has this happened to you?
- "Loving it so much" is it something you just tell yourself?drgs
- Solely run with strength training for running to run longer. I always run in the morning so running is the first thing on my mind as soon as I wake up.soundofreason
- When my family and I go on vacation to the mountains I get up at 5am while everyone is sleeping so I can get a run in before spending the rest of the day hikingsoundofreason
- Still, there have been times when I have taken 1 or 2 weeks off because I wasn't feeling it. Don't feel guilty to take some time off. It should always be fun.soundofreason
- If you want motivation geek out reading about new techniques or workouts the night before to try the next morning. Have your gear ready before going to bed.soundofreason

- i do not run. too hard on my knees. swim and bike.imbecile
- I like running late afternoon. Plenty of light, but not too hot. I could never do early, I'd be a zombie all day.formed
- When I am on a good habit, it feels like therapy and I look forward to the break from work to get outside. No way I'll do it in less than 40 anymore.formed
