We have an immediate in-house opening for a full-time Creative Director with talents in Video Production, Graphic Design and Website Development to specifically design, create, and revamp both new and current Videos, Websites and Print materials. Again, this is an in-house employee opportunity.

    The Creative Director is a key team member that is responsible for assisting our Chief Marketing Officer, marketing team and Marketers on new and current marketing projects to ensure design harmony, efficiency, and professionalism. We expect quality work, no shortcuts, and timely completion to meet deadlines. Going above and beyond is crucial and not accepting the status quo is essential.

    I. Video Development
    Adobe Premier; Final Cut Pro X; After Effects; Photoshop; Photography; Videography

    II. Graphic Design
    Illustrator; Photoshop; InDesign

    III. Website Development
    PHP; MySQL; WordPress; HTML; Photoshop

    Job Responsibilities
    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    - Add value and make other people's jobs easier.
    - Be aggressive on: speaking up, adding input, making changes and sharing updates on projects
    - Take ownership in projects and avoid cutting corners.
    - Knock out projects with urgency and attention to detail.
    - Edit, build and update websites, videos and print material.
    - Use design software mentioned above and possibly more such as 3D/motion graphics for videos.
    - Produce and compose videos and get them to the web or to DVD production.
    - Add to meetings bringing a deep knowledge of technology used today to solve business problems.
    - Quickly learn our business and industry.
    - Match our current campaigns through design, but expand with new and improved flare.
    - Be an expert and help marketing team take websites, videos and print to a deeper level.
    - Customize code to achieve desired website flow that may have never been done before.
    - Add to executive meetings bringing a deep knowledge of technology used today to solve problems.
    - Work with video files and get them to the web (Vimeo/YouTube) or to DVD production.
    - Assist with meeting preparation, may include PPT images, printing, assembling and FTP work.
    - Manage stock photos, video, audio and other files saving renditions and multiple versions of files.
    - Microsoft Excel experience for database management.
    - Audio recording and editing is a plus.
    - Work with other developers and be able to understand their programming and not reinvent the wheel.
    - Work with outside vendors such as print shops or agents who cannot gain access to websites we have.
    - Professionally operate multi-line phone system, directing calls and taking messages.
    - Technology troubleshooting.
    - Other duties as assigned.

    Job Qualifications
    QUALIFICATIONS
    - 3-5 years experience with industry standard design suites and industry software/programming
    - Able to provide outstanding work and anticipating needed edits or future changes.
    - Intermediate Microsoft Word and Excel; Proficient with Outlook.
    - Ability to communicate effectively to work with subcontractors and internal staff.
    - Solid grammar, spelling and English skills.
    - Professional conduct.
    - Proven excellent attendance and reliability.
    - Able to maintain confidentiality.
    - Organized, accurate and detail oriented.
    - Proven ability to meet deadlines and complete assigned tasks in a timely, professional manner.
    - Experienced and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
    - Forward thinking and outgoing personality recommended.
