    Sorry to hear that. This whole outsourcing to India really gets me mad too. The government should tax the shit out of companies that want to ship all the jobs oversees (especially right now!) . From an American perspective, it's no different to me than importing everything into our country from China. Sure it's great on the consumer end that we can get electronics and all kinds of other goods on the super cheap, but the benefits do not outweigh the negatives. Plus the savings are oftentimes not passed onto the consumer, especially in regards to outsourcing jobs to India. I guarantee you won't see IBM dropping the prices because of the money they are going to save from this. We all need to stop being so shortsighted. Pretty soon you will go to a Burger King drive through and be connected to some guy/girl in India who will take your order. They will be getting paid like 50 cents an hour and Burger King will be able to make even more money. It's all about money in the end, nothing else.
