I get very good results actually, I'm able to pinpoint the interest in vehicles, after hours. As far as tracking, of fucking course you can come up with unique URLs and track them, even through Google Analytics, but I'm too lazy, plus the client has central point of tracking through a 3rd party. If they're happy, I'm happy. Not interested in spending the time developing custom URLs and tracking them through GA.
In terms of printing, we use an outside vendor, extremely cheap, due to all the other printing that we do.
Ideal for adhesives and placement on windshields, etc. Perfect for the car industry.

I use them for coupons, scavenger hunts, and analytics. They produced huge results on this print ad. It really depends on your target audience when using them. In this case it was for female teenagers. Ran in seventeen magazine.
