"School official said Falwell was fine at breakfast" he looked like he was
sad in a way, but there are better people dying every second :(

It's funny that you would laugh at that gramme, but if anyone laughs at your faith it is somehow different.
mrdobolina
(May 15 07, 12:19)I laugh at it because that quote and the sort of textbook it's found in are so obviously filled with falsehoods, and a slap in the face to true Christianity. I've always thought that the most dangerous person is the one who twists the gospel. The real one that's actually in the Bible.
- pablito0
he'll be quite surprised when he gets up there and finds....
NOTHING !!!!!!
- 2wo0
He probably hates hell.
- gramme0
People who twist the gospel are for more dangerous than people who simply don't believe it at all.
These are the Jerry Falwells and Bob Jones's of the world, the Apocalyptics, the neo prophets, etc. etc. – the people who confuse the rest of the world on what true Christianity looks like.
If you set out to destroy any sort of institution, organization, or whatever, the best way is to masquerade as one of its members.

Thanks mrb.
I was confused, for a second I thought it might be that they said he deficated in a whorehouse.

*are FAR more dangerous, I meant to say.
*smacks hired monkey typist

true christianity, gramme?
Which one of the 10,000 variations of worship would that be? Just yours then?

gramme
(May 15 07, 12:42)So true. This can be applied to any religious organisation, not just christianity.

mrdobolina
(May 15 07, 12:45)The variation that millions of people around the world believe in. Whether you're Presbyterian, Baptist, Catholic or Lutheran or whatever, as long as you believe in the doctrine of grace and sovereignty as it's written in the Bible, then you're believing in true Christianity. Certain details are not clearly defined as making/breaking the doctrine of salvation through grace, so it's ok for Christians to disagree on those issues (baptism, communion, methods of worship). At least that's what I think.

gramme: keep in mind, mrdobolina is foolish enough to believe that these self-proclaimed "evangelical leaders" represent Christians and the Bible in this nation.

...They said that Christians don't get stomach ulcers because they don't worry.
HHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAHAH HAHAHAAAA
Still gets me to this day.
gramme
(May 15 07, 12:17)that's bloody hysterical
- flagellum0
Of the thousands of Christians I know, not a one of them would acknowledge Falwell as some sort of Christian leader. They would laugh at the notion.

listen to yourself ....
- morilla0
well, then you know smart ones.
There are millions of dipshit ones still out there though.

gramme: mrdobolina is horribly dishonest. He knows full well that all of the mainstream denominations agree on the core essentials of the Christian faith. But he pretends I haven't schooled him on this point.
- flagellum0
there are millions of dangerously stupid people who ascribe to all manner of world views, morilla. What's your point?
- mrdodolina0
who's pretending flagellum? i'll admit you've schooled me more than once on that point.
- material-10
let's all pretend to love one another
- mrdobolina0
fuck all of you. who's the imposter?
